A SNAKE, A DREAM, AND A SOUL SHIFT: RECOGNISING THE SIGNS OF PROFOUND TRANSFORMATION

When your Soul calls for change, will you listen or stay rooted in the familiar?

Having experienced profound soul shifts many times, I can confidently say that the secret to navigating Soul evolution is to go with it, to flow with its currents. Easier said than done, I’ll admit! Because once you’re settled in a life situation, leaving everything behind is not easy. Imagine: you have a house, contracts, friends, routines, and security.

You know your reality, even if you don’t like it, and it feels like living in a golden cage.

So what keeps you stuck where you are?

It’s your sense of self, your human Ego attached to security and familiar routines, fearing the new, the unknown, and uncertain outcomes. Your Ego protects you and keeps you safe. But there’s a very subtle threshold between feeling safe and being stuck, right?

How do we navigate change mindfully? How do we recognize when it’s time to embrace it?

The answer to both lies in listening to your Soul’s calling.

When your Soul's call becomes so strong and clear that it stirs something deep within you, pulling you away from where you’ve firmly placed your roots, no matter how deep they run, that’s when you know it’s time to move forward.

Why does this happen?

Nothing is casual or random. You design your path, consciously or unconsciously.

Your Soul calls you toward certain experiences that are necessary for your spiritual evolution. Your Soul knows why, even if you, at a conscious level, don’t understand it at all. But how do you know when your Soul is ready for a big shift?

Here are key signs, drawn from my personal experience, to help you recognize and navigate a transformative phase:

Signs Your Soul Is Ready for a Big Shift: A golden snake intertwined with flowers against a cosmic background. Six key signs are listed, including feelings of deep restlessness, resurfacing emotions, symbolic life events, increased spiritual curiosity, misalignment with old priorities, and recurring synchronicities.

Let's talk about dreams.

Paying attention to your dreams is crucial: your dreams are the doorway to your subconscious, and you never dream of random, meaningless things.

Keeping a dream journal to write in as soon as you wake up is a great way to keep track of your dreams.

We tend to remember them within the first few minutes after waking, only to forget them almost immediately, even if we promise ourselves to remember them at all costs!

Right?

And when you dream repeatedly about the same thing over and over again, it means your subconscious is stirring up. The message gets clearer and clearer, and you begin thinking about it even during the day.

It happened to me recently.

I made a big life change, selling all my belongings and traveling through Southeast Asia for three years, living out of a suitcase.

A few months ago, I began having dreams of a different life: one where I felt more grounded while simultaneously elevating both my personal and financial growth to a whole new level. But initially, I completely rejected the idea at a conscious level.

My Ego and pride kept me stuck where I was because, after all, wasn’t this the dream life I had been chasing for years?

But here’s the thing: you can run away from everything and everyone, but you can’t run from your own Soul!

My dreams became more and more frequent. I found every possible rational explanation for them: fears, guilt, ego, you name it!

Until one day, the Universe gave me the final kick.

During a yoga gathering, while I was sitting on the floor, a snake fell from the ceiling onto my lap.

I was in shock for a couple of days.

Then, like the pull of a vortex, I was quite literally propelled out of the beautiful reality I had been living for three years, a reality I had undeniably outgrown.

And no, it wasn’t because of the snake itself. I don’t fear snakes!

The snake was a messenger, and I finally received the message that my subconscious had been trying to deliver for a while through my dreams.

The snake is a symbol of our kundalini energy and profound transformation, of shedding old skin, letting go of what no longer serves us, and stepping into a new phase of life.

Its message was: “You have gone through your trials and tests, you have burned heavy karma, you have become your own best friend, and you are now ready to live your life at your full potential, wherever you want.

That snake reminded me of my power and how I was underusing it, staying in an outgrown situation. It showed me how much my inner world had shifted and how deeply I was connected to my highest Self, regardless of my physical location. It was time to stop hiding on tropical islands and go out there to start a new cycle!

Two weeks later, I jumped on the first available plane and leaped onto a totally different timeline.

That’s how it works.

The subconscious and conscious have many points of contact.

Through symbols and emotions, the subconscious reveals truths we might not yet be ready to consciously face.

I often think that if I had experienced a past life regression during those turbulent months, I would have understood the message from my subconscious much, much earlier!

A past life regression session can speed up the process significantly.

A regression is a direct visit to your subconscious, so you don’t need to dream or even remember your dreams.

In past life regression sessions, the subconscious mind uses powerful imagery, sensations, and archetypal symbols to deliver messages that bypass logical resistance. These moments aren’t random; they’re invitations to listen, observe, and understand.

They are life-changing because the transformation begins within yourself.

Your Soul is your most powerful source of energy.

A Soul-driven transformation isn't just emotional: it is cellular. Every fiber of your being feels rewired and recalibrated.

When you look at people, places, and opportunities, they no longer appear the same. Because when you shift inside, everything else shifts with you.

Reality is never just "reality," something out there; it’s your reality, filtered through the lens of your subconscious patterns, karmic lessons, and Soul’s whispers.

When your Soul pushes you toward something, when the dreams grow louder, when the signs become impossible to ignore, don’t resist.

Even if it feels illogical. Even if it seems inconvenient. Even if it scares you to your core: do it anyway. Trust.

It's a path you must walk because it serves your unique purpose in this lifetime, and it’s worth it, no matter what.

Your Soul knows. Your Soul remembers.
